Breakout session description: How well do you know your donors and volunteers? What would they say they know about your organization? Why should you care about the answers to these questions? Information about your top donors and volunteers is a resource that can be as valuable as cash in the bank. Many organizations are not aware that they are not fully leveraging their data tracking system to support their individual donor program. This energetic and interactive session will cause you to take a closer look at how well you are utilizing your donor data to raise more funds each year. Participants and presenters will examine where to focus staff- and board-member time in annual development and communication plans based on donor information.
